Hi! I am so glad you're here! I'm a speech-language pathologist who is passionate about supporting and empowering diverse communicators. I treat a variety of communication needs, while specializing in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), helping individuals of all ages discover and utilize the tools that best suit their needs.
My approach is:

My Expertise
With over 10 years of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge in supporting diverse communication needs.

Evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment: I have experience with speech sound, language, and communication needs.

Extensive AAC experience: I have a deep understanding of AAC best practices and implementation. Previously, I served as an AAC implementation coach for a large school district, ensuring effective use of AAC systems for students.

Professional development: I have provided engaging professional learning opportunities for various groups of professionals, such as staff supporting students with extensive support needs, preschool classrooms, speech-language pathologists, whole school AAC awareness and inclusive community building, administrators, and more.

Leadership and mentorship: I possess strong leadership skills, having formerly overseen, supported, and supervised over 50 SLPs.

LAMP Certified Professional: I am a LAMP (Language Acquisition through Motor Planning) Certified Professional and LAMP trained through the Center for AAC & Autism.

National presenter: I am passionate about sharing evidence-based practices. I have presented on AAC and communication strategies at national conferences, such as Closing the Gap and PATINS Conference.

Private Therapy
Provide evaluation, therapy, and carry over support in your learner's natural environment.
AAC Implementation Coaching
Empower and coach school-based staff and/or families by providing individualized guidance to support learners with complex communication needs. This work is ongoing for an agreed upon amount of time.
Consultation
Provide professional advice regarding individual concerns, IEP support, and/or individualized professional development.
